GENERAL COTTON is a Korean designer brand launched in 2015 with the mission to create “beachwear for the fashion forward leisure lovers” and thus developed the TOOL CHIP. GENERAL COTTON has placed it’s focus on material from the beginning. The TOOL CHIP is a European certified 1st class WEGOtex textile used to make towels that gently covers the sensitive skin after long periods of exposure under water. The TOOL CHIP keeps the functionalities of a towel with increased breathability and sweat resistance while also increasing flexibility. GENERAL COTTON is popular among the leisure-wear consumers and outdoor consumers but has now expanded into designing for the general consumer fashion.
